In a Virtual Drop-In Session, you will learn to create a deep inner calm, promote inner healing, release trapped trauma, emotion, shift stagnant energy and gain mental clarity.
Who is This For?
Drop-In sessions are perfect for beginners who want to 'Feel Out' what exactly a Breathwork Journey entails.
These sessions are also useful for those who have already worked through specific traumas with me on a 1:1 basis. The Drop-In sessions are a perfect maintenance tool to check in with yourself.
Breakdown of a Drop-In Session:
- Drop-In Breathwork Journeys are held live via Zoom, every Tuesday and Thursday evening, 8.30pm-9.30pm
- I will send you an email before the class with the Zoom link and guidance in setting up. You can always reach out to me if you are not a tech wizard, (trust me, I get it!), and I will help you in getting set up for the session
- You will learn the basics of Active Breathwork
- You will be encouraged to set an intention for the session, something you can breathe closer to or release on the journey
- You will then be guided in a grounding meditation
- The Breathwork journey will begin, slowly easing you in to the conscious connected breathing.
- Your breathing will increase to the tempo of the playlist until we reach a point of emotional release
