Join me under each individual Full Moon from the comfort of your own home. Together we will work with the different energies each month to help you let go of whatever is blocking you or no longer serving you, in order to reach your full potential ✨

Each workshop will incorporate;

-Info. on the specific full moon 🌚

-Intention Setting through journaling āœ’ļø

-A Guided Meditation šŸ§˜šŸ»

-A Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey šŸ’Ø

-Optional Sharing Circle šŸ’–

-Card Pulling šŸ”®

Ā 

What You Will Need:

-A quiet space where you won't be disturbed

-Your favourite hot beverage (Cacao enhances our connection to self and is a great choice but not mandatory šŸ¤)

-A journal and pen

-2 cushions (one for your head and one for emotional release)

-A blanket

-Somewhere comfy to lie down (yoga mats are ideal but your bed is okay too šŸ‘ŒšŸ»)

-Headphones and eye masks are great for enhancing the meditation and breathwork experience but again, not mandatory

-It is safest to have your cameras turned on during the Breathwork Journey so that I can monitor your breathing. If you are really not comfortable with this please reach out to me before the session.

Contraindications:

-It is not advised to do Breathwork journeys if you are pregnant, suffer from seizures, have had a stroke, psychosis or have heart issues.
