Join me under each individual Full Moon from the comfort of your own home. Together we will work with the different energies each month to help you let go of whatever is blocking you or no longer serving you, in order to reach your full potential āØ

Each workshop will incorporate;
-Info. on the specific full moon š
-Intention Setting through journaling āļø
-A Guided Meditation š§š»
-A Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey šØ
-Optional Sharing Circle š
-Card Pulling š®
Ā
What You Will Need:
-A quiet space where you won't be disturbed
-Your favourite hot beverage (Cacao enhances our connection to self and is a great choice but not mandatory š¤)
-A journal and pen
-2 cushions (one for your head and one for emotional release)
-A blanket
-Somewhere comfy to lie down (yoga mats are ideal but your bed is okay too šš»)
-Headphones and eye masks are great for enhancing the meditation and breathwork experience but again, not mandatory
-It is safest to have your cameras turned on during the Breathwork Journey so that I can monitor your breathing. If you are really not comfortable with this please reach out to me before the session.

Contraindications:
-It is not advised to do Breathwork journeys if you are pregnant, suffer from seizures, have had a stroke, psychosis or have heart issues.
