Weekly Breathwork Workshops

Another tool for your selfcare toolbox!

Through Breathwork you will learn to create a deep inner calm, promote inner healing, release trapped trauma and gain mental clarity.

My Weekly Workshops are held live via Zoom. every Wednesday from 7.30pm-9pm. Each Workshop is focused around a different theme such as Self-Love, Letting Go, Reaching Your Full Potential, Healing from Chronic Pain and Mental Exhaustion etc. -Please note these themes will change over time.

During these workshops, you will learn how breathwork can support you in reaching your life goals, learn how to belly breathe and some Pranayama breathing exercises that you can use in times of need.

You will then learn about Active Breathwork, before practicing the breathing pattern with me as your guide through this healing journey, so no prior experience is required. 

 

How It Works 

I will send you an email before the class  with the Zoom link and guidance in setting up. You can always reach out to me if you are not a tech wizard, (trust me, I get it!), and I will help you in getting set up for the session.
