Thank you so much Aoife. We had never tried breathwork before and although I had heard stories, I really didn’t expect that we would experience something so powerful. We both experienced such an intense emotional release and literally felt pain leave our bodies through our finger tips. My husband in particular who was a bit of a cynic about things like this was blown away. We both were! One of the best things I have ever done. Cannot wait to do another session with you!

Despite a low lung function, with guidance from Aoife I was able to really immerse myself in experience and got a lot from it! Will definitely be exploring more into breathwork in future!

I couldn’t have ever expected what I experienced in this breathwork session with Aoife. I went to places I didn’t think were possible. The session brought me to dark depths, where I confronted my past childhood traumas. I was faced with something I had never even considered was a reason for my daily anxieties. It was like a grieving experience for my younger self. I can’t quite put into words what came after the darkness. I would do the experience itself an injustice if I tried. The feeling of intense and all-consuming love I felt at the end of the session was incredible. It has shifted something in me and opened up another part of me. Thank you Aoife for being there with me.

It's extremely hard to put into words the experience I have had on my breathwork work journey with Aoife. I've done 3 sessions and each one was wonderful in its own right. The clarity, release and ease I felt during and after my sessions has been such an amazing help to me in my life at present. I've managed to release so much negative energy that doesn't serve me, I've pushed forward with things in life I've been procrastinating for months and I've even managed to reconnect with a lovec one who's passed. Honestly it's been mindblowing.

After attending a breathwork retreat with Aoife and feeling so amazing after it I wanted to have a one to one session and I was not disappointed! I recently attended one of Aoife's drop in breath work session and loved it! I loved how aoife guided us into our body to begin. During the session, i got a bit overwhelmed with the breathing and all the sensations in my hands but Aoife was brilliant at reminding us we were OK and it's safe to breath to be in your body.
