Conscious Connected Breathwork

There are many different types of breathwork and breathing exercises that we can use to aid our overall wellness.

I specialize in Conscious Connected Breathwork. This type of breathwork is used to access our subconscious minds. By doing so, we can discover our truest desires and what might be blocking us from achieving them, we can process traumas or access suppressed memories.

Through a 1:1 Breathwork Journey, you will connect to the truest version of YOU, remove any specific limiting beliefs/conditioning that are preventing you from moving on with your life, release any heavy trapped emotions you are holding on to and gain mental, emotional and spiritual clarity on what it is you want from your life.

1:1 Breathwork Journeys are held live via Zoom. Your 1:1 session includes a Free Consultation Call where we will discuss the aim of your Breathwork session, i.e., what it is you'd like to let go of, gain clarity on, heal from or achieve from the session. I will then have you answer some journaling questions. We can go through the answers to these questions at the start of our next 1:1 session.

To further this tailored session some more, we will then work together on some declarations and affirmations that can be used throughout the Breathwork session to support you in reaching your personal goal of the session.

 

Who is this For?

1:1 Breathwork Journeys are for anyone and everyone! Perhaps you're experiencing something of a heavier nature that you just can't shift! e.g., something you feel has defined your life, controls your decisions, boundaries and relationships thus far, something that's holding you back from achieving your goals...

It is common that these types of traumas will require multiple Breathwork Journeys as there is no real 'quick fix' for something that effects us this deeply. Each Breathwork Journey will support you in pulling back a layer of your conscious protective state, enabling you to journey a little further into your subconscious each time.

 

Breakdown of a Virtual 1:1 Breathwork Journey:

  • I will send you an email before the class with the Zoom link and guidance in setting up. You can always reach out to me if you are not a tech wizard, (trust me, I get it!), and I will help you in getting set up for the session
  • We can chat about your session + intentions over a cuppa. We can create some relative affirmations together here, to enhance your session further
  • You will learn about Active Breathwork
  • You will then be guided in a grounding meditation
  • The Breathwork journey will begin, slowly easing you in to the conscious connected breathing.
  • Your breathing will increase to the tempo of the playlist until we reach a point of emotional release
  • You will then be grounded back into your body
  • You will learn some integration tips to help you process your session

  • A couple of cushions, both for comfort and for emotional release (I will explain this at the beginning of the session)
  • Headphones and an eye mask enable you to receive further value from the session
  • A journal and pen to write down any realisations that are fresh in your mind post session
