Conscious Connected Breathwork

There are many different types of breathwork and breathing exercises that we can use to aid our overall wellness.

I specialize in Conscious Connected Breathwork. This type of breathwork is used to access our subconscious minds. By doing so, we can reprogramme our limiting beliefs, and release what no longer serves us, such as fear, stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

These 1:1 Breathwork Journeys are held in my Breathwork Clinic which runs from Castlebridge Complimentary Healthcare Clinic, just outside of Wexford Town.

To further this tailored session some more, we will work together on some affirmations that can be used throughout the Breathwork session to support you in reaching your personal goal of the session.

Participants have the option of sharing their intention for their breathwork journey before their session, and afterward experiences of the session over a warm beverage.

Who is this For?

1:1 Breathwork Journeys are for anyone and everyone! Many people come for a Breathwork session because they are in search of a 'breakthrough', or are already on a healing/self-discovery journey.

Some clients reach a point of clarity from just 1 session, others need to build up to this point through creating a trusting relationship with themselves or with me as your guide.

Each Breathwork Journey will support you in pulling back a layer of your conscious protective state, enabling you to journey a little further into your subconscious each time, discovering more and more about yourself and your purpose.

 

Breakdown of a 1:1 Breathwork Journey:

  • If you have booked an in-person session, I will send you an email before the session with the directions + Eircode
  • We can chat about your session + your intentions for it
  • You will learn about Active Breathwork
  • You will be encouraged to set an intention for the session, something specific you can breathe closer to or release on the journey
  • You will then be guided in a grounding meditation
  • The Breathwork journey will begin, slowly easing you into the conscious connected breathing
  • You will engage in the breathwork for approximately 45 minutes
  • You will then be grounded back into your body
  • We will discuss what came up during your session or you can write in your journal about it
  • You will learn some integration tips to help you process your session
  • If you feel drawn to, you can pull a card from my collection to connect closer again to your intuition before leaving

A Powerful Reset Experience

She listened to what I said, and guided me safely through a powerful experience that enabled me to offload negative emotions and cut ties to things that were holding me back.

Unexpected, unravelling, incredible.

I couldn’t have ever expected what I experienced in this breathwork session with Aoife. I went to places I didn’t think were possible. The session brought me to dark depths, where I confronted my past childhood traumas. I was faced with something I had never even considered was a reason for my daily anxieties. It was like a grieving experience for my younger self. I can’t quite put into words what came after the darkness. I would do the experience itself an injustice if I tried. The feeling of intense and all-consuming love I felt at the end of the session was incredible. It has shifted something in me and opened up another part of me. Thank you Aoife for being there with me.
